If you refer a friend to us and they take out a policy, we’ll give you a cash reward. There’s no limit to how many times you can get rewarded, so whether you’ve got one friend you think could benefit from taking out cover with Heritage, or a dozen, recommend away!

RECOMMEND A FRIEND TERMS & CONDITIONS
The promotion is called ‘Recommend A Friend’ and offers a reward for successfully referring a friend to us. The Reward is £15 to the Referrer for a successful single vehicle referral, and £15 each for the Referrer and Referred for a successful multi car referral.
A ‘successful referral’ is one that results in the sale of a Heritage insurance policy, either single vehicle or multi car, as a result of a referral by an existing customer.
This promotion is available to existing customers of Heritage Insurance Brokers from 5th March 2019 until further notice.
The reward for a successful single vehicle insurance referral is £15 cashback for the Referrer.
The reward for a successful multi car insurance referral is £15 cashback each for the Referrer and the Referred.
For single vehicle insurance referrals, the reward code to quote is ‘RAFSV’. The reward code to quote for a multi car insurance referral is ‘RAFMC’.
There is no option to exchange the reward for any alternative or substitute reward.
We will send a cheque to customers eligible for a reward following a successful referral. For single vehicle referrals your cheque will be sent after the policy has been in place for 30 days; for multi car referrals, your cheque will be sent once the policy has been in place for 90 days.
Qualification for the Reward
For the Referrer to be eligible for the Reward:
- The new Heritage insurance policy must be in force one month after the policy inception date for single vehicle referrals and three months after the policy inception date for multi car referrals
- The policy must be fully paid up to date, either in full or by instalments
- The Referee needs to quote the appropriate code (RAFSV for single vehicle and RAFMC for multi car) when obtaining their Heritage insurance quote
How to Claim
Customers eligible for a reward following a successful referral will be sent their cheque one month after the policy is confirmed for a single vehicle policy, and three months after the policy is confirmed for a multi car policy.
If you think you are eligible for a reward and you haven’t received it, please call us with your policy details and we will look into it for you.
You can make as many referrals as you like – there is no limit!

Amends to the reward scheme
Heritage Insurance Brokers reserves the right to withdraw this promotion if, in our judgement, the promotion is being abused. Heritage Insurance Brokers also reserves the right to change or amend the reward and the structure of the promotion at any time. Any decision made by Heritage Insurance Brokers with regards to this promotion is final.
