If your friend takes out a specialist, classic or multi vehicle policy with us, we’ll credit you £25 against your next renewal. There’s no limit to the number of people you can refer, and you could save year on year on your classic car insurance!

When your friend gets in touch with us, all they have to do is tell us that you recommended them. If they go ahead and take out a policy with us, you’ll get a £25 discount on your next renewal with Heritage.
HOW DOES THE HERITAGE RECOMMEND A FRIEND SCHEME WORK?
We’ve kept our recommend a friend scheme as simple as possible, so that it’s easy for you to recommend your friends and get rewarded. For every successful referral – one where your friend takes out a policy with us – we’ll give you a £25 credit against your next renewal. There’s no limit to the number of friends you can refer or the number of times you can be rewarded.
To get your recommend a friend reward, you don’t need to do anything. We’ll keep tabs on your accumulated rewards, and when you receive your renewal invitation, your discount will be clearly listed.

Our Recommend a Friend scheme is our way of saying thank you to customers for referring friends, family and colleagues to us. Below are the terms and conditions of the scheme, which should help to explain how it works, and how to qualify for a Recommend a Friend reward.
If you have any questions about Recommend a Friend, you can contact us at any time. Please note that these terms may change from time to time – the most recent date of change will always be given at the bottom of these terms.
- The ‘Recommend a Friend’ scheme offers a reward to existing customers of Heritage Insurance Brokers who successfully refer a friend to us. The customer who makes the referral is known as the ‘referrer’ through these Terms.
- The reward is a £25 discount off the referrer’s next renewal with us.
- A successful referral is one that results in the sale of a specialist, classic or multi vehicle insurance policy as a result of a referral by an existing customer.
- Customers may make as many referrals as they like – there is no limit! Each successful referral will gain a £25 reward, and the referrer can accumulate these against their upcoming renewal.
- For the referrer to be eligible for the reward, the referred person’s policy with us must still be in force 30 days after the policy start date, and must be paid up to date, either in full or by instalments.
- We must have a record that the referrer recommended the referred person to us. This may be through our Recommend a Friend referral link system, or because the referred person has given us the referrer’s name.
- The promotion is only available to existing customers.
- No cash substitute or alternative to the £25 discount is offered.
- We may, at our discretion, choose to pay a cash substitute in the event that a referral is made by a customer who does not renew with us because they have sold the insured vehicle to the referred person, or where the referrer is unable to renew with us because we cannot offer them a quote.
This promotion is available to existing customers of Heritage Insurance Brokers until further notice.
Please note that we reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time, in line with regulatory changes or business requirements. We reserve the right to withdraw this promotion at any time if, in our judgement, the promotion is being abused. Any decision made by Heritage Insurance Brokers with regards to this promotion is final.
If you think you were eligible for a reward at your renewal and you haven’t received it, or your renewal is coming up and you cannot see the Recommend a Friend reward information on your renewal invitation, please call us with your policy details and we will look into it for you.
