Managing your car insurance is now easier with the Heritage Insurance Customer Portal.
Some people prefer to talk to an expert to manage their insurance, others prefer to manage it online. We offer both as we believe you should have the option to manage your policy in a way that works best for you.
Our customer portal is designed with you in mind, giving you greater control and access to your insurance, whenever you’d like, all in one easy-to-use portal.

Here’s a few things you can do within the Heritage Insurance Customer Portal:
- 24/7 access to your documents.
- Request changes to your policy including adding vehicles or a driver.
- View your insurance renewal date.
- Update your contact details including your address, phone number and email.
- Send us a message about anything else.
Please note that any changes that you request within our portal are only issued once you receive confirmation from us.
How do I log in to the Heritage Insurance Customer Portal?
Creating an account and logging in couldn’t be easier.
The only details you need to create an account or log in are your email address, phone number and your policy number.
Your policy number will be on the documents that we sent you, or you can give our friendly team a call to provide it for you.
Having trouble logging in?
If you’ve created your account but you have not received your verification email, it may have ended up in your junk mail. We recommend looking here if you have this issue.
If not this, the other reason you may be having trouble signing in is due to sensitive characters when entering your emails. We recommend double checking all characters are typed as shown in the welcome email we send you.
If there are spaces, they need to be added. If there are numbers such as ‘1’ or ‘0’, it well be that these are letters instead such as ‘I’ or ‘O’.
For example, if the phone number on our system is “0121 248 9229” but you have entered it as “01212489229”, this could be why you’re having issues logging in.
