RENEW YOUR CAR INSURANCE COVER
Need to renew your classic or multi car insurance with us? We’ll make it as easy as possible.
It’s important to ensure continuity of cover for your vehicles by renewing in plenty of time – don’t let your policy lapse if you want your car fully protected.
We’ll send you out your renewal invitation with full details of your policy cover, any additional cover you’ve previously had, and the overall premium. You should receive your renewal invitation about 3 weeks before your vehicle insurance is due to renew.
HOW TO RENEW
Once you’ve received your renewal invitation, you can call us to renew over the phone.
You may also receive an email with a ‘renew online’ link. If you have no changes to make at renewal, this is a quick and simple way to confirm your renewal.

RENEW EASILY ONLINE
Our online payment portal lets you pay for your car insurance renewal easily online, making sure you’re covered even if you don’t have the time to call us to make the payment.
If you’ve not been in touch with us to confirm renewal ahead of time, you’ll receive an email from our payment portal inviting you to renew your cover. Your customer reference and the policy premium amount due will be clearly shown.
For your security, you can only access online payment via the email we will send you.
YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED
You can pay for your classic car insurance online using the link that will be emailed to you, once you’ve had your renewal invitation.
You can also choose to pay over the phone or by BACS, or send us a cheque. We accept all major credit/debit cards except American Express.

After your renewal invitation has been sent to you, you’ll also receive an email from our payment system, inviting you to confirm your renewal and pay online. If you have no changes to make at renewal, this is a quick and simple way to renew.
Your customer reference number and the amount payable will be clearly shown. You can then check the details and make the payment using a debit or credit card.
Once the payment has been completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your documents will be sent out by email as soon as we receive them from your insurer.
We do offer the option to pay on a monthly basis for a wide range of policies. Ask us when you confirm your policy, and we’ll be able to let you know if this option is available to you. At present you cannot set up monthly payments using the online portal.
