Classic Collector – Jodie Kidd

The latest in our classics collector series, we’re looking at Jodie Kidd.

About Jodie

Model, race driver and TV presenter, Jodie Kidd is a triple threat. Kidd has earned a name on the racetrack as well as the runway, winning her first race back in 2004 in Bologna at the wheel of a Maserati Trofeo.

She has also participated in a few of the annual Gumball 3000 rallies and completed the thousand-mile Mille Miglia endurance road race in Italy in a spectacular Jaguar XK 120.

Top Gear fans may also remember that she famously stormed the competition and completed the fastest Celebrity Lap in 2008 in the Suzuki Liana.

More recently, Kidd has been showcasing her love for classic cars as the host of The Classic Car Show on UK television.

The Cars

With her background in modelling, Kidd exudes style and this extends to her taste in cars.

Jodie currently sports an amazing Jaguar F-Type Coupé R, a VW Touareg and a 1970s Land Rover Defender on her driveway.

In a recent interview, she admitted that her biggest regret was giving up her Ferrari 550 Maranello and Maserati after having her son.

On The Classic Car Show, she has gotten behind the wheel of everything from a 1930s Bugatti to a 60s Chevrolet Camaro, and a scary race-spec Jaguar XJ220.
