This accomplishment reflects our dedication to providing an exceptional service for customers, and it means we have received the highest possible accreditation from Feefo.
Feefo is the world’s largest provider of verified reviews. The Platinum Trusted Service Award is given to businesses that demonstrate an “outstanding” service to customers – including meeting the criteria of receiving at least 50 reviews with an overall rating of at least 4.5, for three consecutive years. This is now the third time that Heritage has received the Platinum Status.
