Excellent service. Only thing I would add that I would have liked to have received an email confirming vehicle cover rather than just verbal and informing me that paperwork will take up to 2 weeks to be received. Response to this would be much appreciated. Thank you

To follow up on your points, we are actually in the process of reviewing how we contact customers post-purchase in recognition there is a disparity between what some of our reps do. We have invested in some new software that will allow us to manage our customer communications more effectively.


On the paperwork, we are at the mercy of your insurer who actually process your documents. We try our best to get these for you as quickly as possible but during very busy periods (such as now) it can take a little longer.
