Very Competitive helpful service.
Good service but could not match the cover from another insurance quote. I have decided to stay this year but I would like a better deal in the future. If the insurance companies quoted there best prices it would save us searching around and stay loyal to one.
The young lady on the phone couldn't have been more helpful, although for reasons of mine the previous policy had lapsed. She talked me through all the options and all my questions were answered fully and without bias. She even changed the actual insurance provider to the one I had before because she explained it and I thought I was getting a better deal.

If the company employees replied to emails or returned telephone calls they may compete better against the red hot competitors out there.They tried to scam me on my renewal by quoting about 20% more than I could get a like for like quote from the internet sites. I finally got a competitive quote from your client. When I tried to take up the offer and pay, I emailed, no reply. I telephoned, "someone will call you back". They didn't. I did it again and again. On the 4th attempt I told them that this would be the last time I would contact them.I was allowed to pay. I received no confirmation ....days later, I rang to check that I was insured. They emailed me the policy.I am sure you get the picture, but I doubt anybody will take notice. Management must know about this , poor service but allow it to continueRegardsJim

Brilliant service highly recommended
The service was fine although I was a bit put out by having to supply further photographic evidence, which only clarified information already provided. It made me feel that Heritage didn't either believe or trust me. Hopefully I won't have to go through this procedure at renewal time.

As part of our hassle-free Agreed Valuation photographic evidence is required by our underwriters to establish the condition of the vehicle. It also helps in the event of total loss claim. Unlike us, many insurers treat this as an additional service and accordingly charge a fee. Rest assured you won't have to do this again at your first renewal however, underwriters will usually require photographic evidence every two years or when you need to adjust the Agreed Valuation, whichever is sooner.Kind regards,Heritage Marketing Manager
I have never needed to make a claim as yet so I cannot in all honesty give a grading on that basis. But insurance with you is always quickly sorted and no problems insuring my vehicle in the last gosh 7 years plus. Always a competitive quote.Thanking you for that!!
