Very helpful on the telephone, got what I wanted.

just needed a cover note!! not included in ther on-line paperless service, received an envelop still with no cover note!!

My dad has been with you for years and always said how impressed he was with all your staff and knowledge on people's cars, so on his advice I came to you and have to say he was right.

The staff member I spoke with was pleasant, extremely helpful and the product information was excellent. I would however like to check that the second driver information, which does not appear on the documents was taken into consideration. Three points comes off January 2018 and a three year restriction due to her medical condition, which I mentioned whilst arranging cover? Could you please confirm?

Excellent, knowledgeable, polite response to telephone enquiry. Patiently explained all the options. Immediate quotes for the various options. Very competitive quotes and after agreeing the final details a further search resulted in a further reduction in premium.
Just two comments :
1 The windscreen cover for a heated screen Morgan is too low i.e. cover £500 max. Actual cost circa £800
2 Policy documents sent by e-mail difficult to download on my tablet.

Though the service was good, I was told that I would get a tracker for my vehicle which I never received.
