What is Personal Client Managed Service (PCM)?

In short, you will primarily have one contact who will look after you while you are a customer at Heritage. We get to know our customers and their needs. The hassle of listening to an automated service and then being forwarded to the correct department is officially over. You’re not just a number in a queue to us.

We believe in delivering great service, not just good, but great. We know that it is important to be efficient, swift and responsive. We aim to speak to our customers within a few rings, and we listen to our customers. After all, it isn’t just a car to you, it means so much more.

Our Personal Client Managers can offer the best possible classic car features, benefits and discounts. We’ve been insuring classic cars for over 50 years now. It was Chris Wilkinson, the founder of Heritage Insurance, who started the classic car insurance scheme many many years ago, so we genuinely can help. We work with several large insurers like Zenith Insurance, Highway Insurance, Hiscox Insurance and Sompo Canopius Insurance to bring you discounts and a tailored classic car insurance policy. Not only that, but we also offer a modified 4×4 scheme aimed to support the true offroader who needs to be around mud on the weekends.
